This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, customers agree to the terms outlined below.
Nothing in this policy is intended to affect statutory rights.
Ready Made (Non-Personalised) Items
For ready-made, non-personalised items, customers may request to refund their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To request a return:

Written notification must be provided within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation confirmation.

Goods must be unused, in their original condition, and suitably packaged.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods (or receipt of proof of return).
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Bespoke/ Commissioned Artwork
Bespoke commissions are created to the customer’s individual specification and are therefore personalised items.
Once work has commenced on a bespoke commission, the order cannot be cancelled.
Bespoke items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged.
If a bespoke item arrives damaged or faulty:

Notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photographic evidence of the damage must be provided.

A repair, replacement, or refund will be offered where appropriate.
Minor variations in colour, tone, texture, or detail arising from the handmade and artistic process do not constitute faults.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
f an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described:

Notification should be made within 72 hrs of delivery

Photographic evidence may be required.
Where a fault is confirmed, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered as appropriate. Return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
No responsibility is accepted for delays caused by postal services or payment providers.
